Since joining MobileFuse in 2012, Israel has contributed in a number of areas, including:
- Launching and overseeing MobileFuse's Engineering team,
- Conceptualizing and launching our core Dashboard product
- Launching and overseeing the daily operations of the Technical Operations team
- Launching and overseeing attribution and data products such as Cuebiq visitation, LiFTS data segments and Barometric attribution
- Taking over the Creative team and transforming its output to a full, integrated workflow - MobileFuse's creative output is now frequently the reason we close deals
- Identifying, negotiating with, and integrating multiple data vendors to enhance MobileFuse's targeting and analytics products

- Acted as interim General Manager for Copy Cop’s central production facility in downtown Boston, overseeing day-to-day operations for staff of 50 ranging from desktop publishers, pressmen, hand finishers, and delivery drivers. Responsible for developing and implementing numerous process improvement initiatives, as well as acting as liaison between incoming management and existing personnel
Digital Manager
Oct 2003 – Feb 2005
Managed 10-person department responsible for Digital output from customer files for 14 retail locations and 8 Outside Sales reps. Department generated a monthly average of 1.5 million impressions on Xerox iGen Digital Press, DocuColor 60s and 45s, and large-format inkjet printers. Duties included:
- Overseeing workflow and delivery of ~90 complex jobs daily such as 20,000-piece variable data self-mailers produced on the iGen
- Liaising with Finishing and Shipping managers to ensure timeliness of jobs
- Developing new initiatives to improve timeliness and quality of jobs
- Regular customer contact to aid in troubleshooting and scheduling source files for output
- Training new hires on optimal use of DTP hardware and software
- Running regular training sessions for sales staff covering software, hardware and capabilities
- Collaboration in the development of new revenue streams for Copy Cop (eg: Copy Cop Press, an on-demand publishing house)
